Products showing signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return.

  • Size-related issues (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or wear after delivery

Return Process

  • Clear images or video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

🚚 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is subject to availability at your location.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.
  • In such cases, shipping reimbursement (if applicable) will be processed after verification.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
